Follow up simultaneously prior to several world-wide known companies - clients of FM Logistic – representing different market industry, such as (FMCG): NESTLE FOOD (NESTLE RUSSIA); (MEDICAL): JOHNSON&JOHNSON MEDICAL, MEDTRONIC; (COSMETIC): CHANEL; (IT DEVELOPPMENT & EQUIPMENT): MICROSOFT, LEXMARK (COMPUMARK), providing the full stock control of HMK Site client SUKREST( ice-cream ingredients) and BONDED WAREHOUSE as well;
From October 2005 prior to January 2007 was responsible for NESTLE FOOD (stock of 30 000 pallet/places; S=20 000 м2 & 1548 м2 Mezzanine Area for Picking Zone of Confectionery Goods) with the total monthly Goods turnover up to 65 000 pallets per month, about 2000 product lines; managed with the Administrative Staff of 20 persons and Warehouse personnel up to 80 persons;
From January 2007 till November 2007 was in charge for: JOHNSON&JOHNSON MEDICAL warehouse activity (mass storage from 200 to 1200 pallet/places, stock diversified by 6 franchises with the storage location in Mezzanine of 2500 m2 Area and personnel up to 20 persons), MICROSOFT non-saleable stock ( Mezzanine of 350 м2 Zone and stock up to 1000 lines, staff of 3 persons); LEXMARK (СOMPUMARK) start-up process (500 pallet/places, S=2000 м2, as well as was in charge for SUKREST( ice-cream ingredients supplier company with the 220 pallet/places stock & S=1 000 м2 ) and FM LOGISTIC BONDED WAREHOUSE ( with the Area of 6 500 м2 and Customs Stock of 3400 pallet/places, with personnel up to 25 persons ( overall personnel in all clients up to 50) ;
From July 2007 prior to November 2008 in addition to all above mentioned clients was in charge for CHANEL (mass storage stock from 800 до 1500 pallet/places and up to 8000 bin storage locations with the average monthly rotation of 2 500 000 units; with the stock of several subfamilies stored in 3 Mezzanines with the total S=3456 m2 and with an extra Mezzanine of 385 м2 for FASHION product family storage for further picking and delivery to Moscow boutiques and with separate stock for advertizing materials & POS with 285 м2 Zone & total staff of 80 persons; Planned & Implemented the full Project including Start-Up costs Quotation, Layout & Constructional works with Third-Party Service Provider Tender Launch & further Contract Signing for CHANEL F&B Goods & Fashion Family Goods stock storage space expansion in 2 new mezzanines & Cage for Inbound/Outbound Goods Waiting Area;
Worked out with the clients Forecast for Goods Turnover for forthcoming budget period; provided a full financial analysis and budget planning for required personnel & equipment based on Personnel Turnover & Absenteeism Rate, planned personnel vacations fluctuations & clients activity seasonality variations; monitored monthly, weekly & daily profitability of the clients, taken on-time decisional making staff distribution based on the activity process on each client for the best financial and productivity results; prepared general requirements, main processes and all annexes to the Statement of Work to Logistics Services Contract including KPI of Quality Assurance, working environment organization and personnel activity standardization (“5S” system), reporting, audits;
From November 2008 prior to January 2010 was in charge of developing & implementing 5S Project system principles: working space ergonomics and staff activity standardization based on existing operational processes procedures in the warehouse (product reception, stacking, picking, scanning, orders loading and docs handling procedure, co-packing processes optimization, etc.); was also responsible for warehouse operations Process Approach Project Improvement in several clients ( such as АUCHAN STOCK, АUCHAN TRANSIT, CHANEL, others);
Provided planning and execution of a stock cycle & regular counting in Picking Zone (Order Picking & Completion) in addition to annual stock-taking; executed writing-off of damaged, obsolete products.

As SAP Key-User for Russia was responsible for elaboration, description of rules, process linked purchasing fields (S5 process in strategic map of company), and control all supply clerk dispatch in Russia; provided training and deployment in all platforms according to main steps of S5 Process, SAP, ECBM, ODYSSEY and all corporate tools;
Provided control and audit of processes when deployed in each site, by monitoring all request from user in order to share with corporate team; participated in Development of expertise on Purchasing matters (Tenders management, Expertise on Purchase, negotiation) by direct Reporting and Indicators Management for the Country and Group ( Monthly Indicators – Purchasing Gain, Contract Security Rate, etc.)
Secured Purchasing process and FM Logistic’s needs for sensitive products and services; negotiated with suppliers conditions which fits FM Logistic’s Strategy and 5 factors satisfaction; analyzed costs and conditions granted by different markets in order to identify the best solutions for the company; followed up objectives of cost reduction determined by the CODIR; Supervised Suppliers (turnover, evaluation, corrective actions); Analyzed and communicateв internal indicators of the department, also achieved audit plant purchasing process.
Achievements:
Development and implementation of NESTLE FOOD relocation Project to other Plant in co-ordination with client team, transport services department and Financial Controlling Department with cost reduction of 30,2% of initial cost quotation owing to Project re-calculation, Stock optimization and Goods Dispatch from 2 Plants simultaneously ;
Quotation and Project Implementation for CHANEL Client: Designated Storage Area of 117 m2 with restricted zone access for excluding and prevention of transports costs for demurrage for Inbound trucks upon Customs Clearance prior to 24000 USD/month, night shift implementation from daytime shift as a quick-reaction team;
Expansion of Storage Area rented to clients from 3% to 7% and Increase of Profitability Rate owing to Implementation of Innovative “5S” Project in several clients such as JOHNSON&JOHNSON MEDICAL, MEDTRONIC; CHANEL, HENKEL RUS, AUCHAN, DIOR, ATAK, BOSCH and others at a various Plants ;
Preparation as a Key Project Manager on a turnkey basic with the whole Budget monitoring and control in co-ordination with Corporate Team in France of a Corporate 15 Years in Russia Festivity for 1483 persons.
