Business Development Manager/Account Manager
Sales of auto components directly to commercial vehicle manufacturers (OEM), as well as through the official distribution network in Russia and CIS.
Direct interaction with OEMs and end users of the completed commercial vehicles at various levels of responsibility (KAMAZ, MAZ, UralAZ, GAZ Group, IVECO-AMT, Iveco, Samauto, Sibitek, Surgut Neftegaz, Kinross, Merkator Holding, etc.) in order to:
- product presentations;
- provide commercial offers;
- sale of auto components;
- make the product training;
- organize marketing campaigns, product promotion events, joint participation in exhibitions;
- create strong partnerships with maintaining and strengthening them;
- subsequent feedback receipt about the product, etc.
Creation of business ideas and their presentation / approval within the company with the purpose of their subsequent implementation to promote the product, increase sales and market share.
Interaction with MSA (Local Media Service Agency) in order to:
- research the market of the commercial vehicle industry (statistics, studying new potential applications and sales markets, studying competitors and demand trends);
- organize of advertising events and exhibitions;
- prepare of advertising materials and promotions;
- organize of promotional tours with the existing and potential audience of customers to the plant in Europe (Hungary) and the USA (Indianapolis) in order to promote the product (full management process from creating the guests list to conducting a tour of the plant with a test drive of freight and passenger transport).
Direct interaction with American and European colleagues in various areas of responsibility: sales, marketing, pricing, HR, finance, etc.
Systematic visits of the head office in the Netherlands in order to participate in annual reporting meetings and professional development trainings.
